Product returns under 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt are eligible for exchange, store credit or money back. Returns without receipt or over 30 days from purchase will receive in-store credit. All gift cards and e-gifts issued, received, or purchased are non-refundable. Must present physical gift card or proof of purchase showing gift card number and amount at time of redemption. Must present a printed or digital copy of e-gift card or proof of purchase showing e-gift number and amount at time of redemption.
Final sale items: Hair extensions, hair brushes and hair tools. These items are subject to warranty.
Service adjustments are valid within 14 days of original appointment. If an adjustment service cannot be performed due to schedule conflicts during that 14 day period a refund will be issued for the original service amount.
