CREDIT CARD CONVENIENCE FEE

A 4% convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit transactions. The fee will be waived with cash payment.

CARD ON FILE

We do require a credit card on file to reserve a visit. No-shows & late cancellations be charged 50% of the service. If you cannot leave a card on file, 50% of the service cost will be collected at the time of booking.

We kindly request a 24-hour notice when cancelling any appointment. We know your time is valuable, but we’d love to get to our wait-list! Cancelling within 24 hours or no-showing an appointment will result in a 50% service fee.

Gratuity is appreciated, but certainly not expected! You can leave your service provider a cash tip or tip on a credit card (with a small processing fee).

RUNNING LATE?

If you are 15 minutes late or more for your appointment we may have to reschedule or adjust your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.

Due to limited space, if you are accompanied by one or more non-scheduled individuals, you may be asked to reschedule, so please come alone. All child appointments must be accompanied by only one parent or guardian 18+ years old.

Health and wellness are a big deal at POPPY. Rest assured that we are doing all we can to be here for you if one of our stylists falls ill. We will try our best to reschedule as soon as possible. We appreciate you understanding.

Masks optional. However, if you'd like your stylist to wear a mask, its totally fine! We are more than willing! All you have to do is ask.
